On my first Tombstone Tuesday I have chosen my husband's great grandmother Matilda McSherry Starr. What captured my interest about Matilda was her very moving tribute taken from the "History of Saint Aloysius Church". The flowery language takes you back in time.
The tribute to her was certainly a testimony to her faith and that of her family and church community. She would be missed.
